We send out a UPS tracking codes in an email  for out of state orders the day it leaves our hands. For in state orders we will call you within 48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery and installation.

That depends on what your order. A smaller under sink filter will come in one box but the larger systems are usually several large boxes that will be delivered by UPS or similar most times.
